Week One
Hello Classes! I am your instructor for this semester. My name is Jenna Monahan and I am from Long Island, NY. We had a great start to our courses this semester and I hope all of you have enjoyed the workouts that we have done so far. I look forward to getting to know all of you throughout the semester and improve our fitness levels together. I hope you all keep up with your blogs. As much as you put into your blog is what you will get out of it. :)
